Summary

The framework is needed to estimate the burden based on Economical, Demographical and Health Index of the country keeping data privacy

How do we create a plan for returning economies where the US GDP is dependent on

There is a need of a framework to identify and create burden estimations for the following :

  • How Government should create plans and policies that can enable people work in all the sectors that affects the GDP
  • How Medical Supply Chain should be shifting towards a consortium that can affect the system in a better way
  • How Epidemiology data should be used for better decision making by Health Professionals and Government Officials
  • How Predictive Modelling will help in identifying the gaps in healthcare ( ICU Beds , PPE Availability )
  • How Health should move towards Telemedicine keeping Data Privacy and GDPR / HIPAA Compliant
  • How vulnerable communities be saved against any pandemics

I would be adding specifics in the comments sections about all available studies and research for creation of a framework.

Our motto should be around :

  • Creation of the framework
  • Understanding of Stringency Index
  • Estimating Health Burden in terms of ICU beds
  • Creation of Index such as Infection Intensity Ratio
  • Mapping with Population Density Mapping

Would be adding more.

Further Inputs

What can be created or adapted from global perspective : Oxford University came up with Stringency Index.

The Oxford COVID-19 Government Response Tracker (OxCGRT) systematically collects information on several different common policy responses that governments have taken to respond to the pandemic on 17 indicators such as school closures and travel restrictions. It now has data from more than 160 countries. The data is also used to inform a which looks at ‘Lockdown rollback checklist how closely countries meet four of the six World Health Organisation recommendations for relaxing ‘lockdown’.
