This is a no cost solution for anyone that can’t afford to purchase a mask. Socks are typically already sized to the body type of the individual and their style preferences in terms of color and pattern. The routine of single usage and washing after each use is already embedded in the product so this would encourage similar behavior once it’s been modified to be a mask.
Who will take these actions?
Everyone can make one as they would already have the materials needed.

The instructions template could be made and designed in 1 or 2 weeks.
