Hi, I am Sophie! I am currently studying in the Healthcare & Design program jointly taught by the Royal College of Art and Imperial College London. I have a background in material design and I am interested in how material interfaces can help us improve life in all possible ways. For the last 10 years I worked at BMW Group researching on innovative material technologies and developing experiences by combining matter, sound and scent with an interdisciplinary team. I have been a Visiting Scholar at the Self-Assembly Lab MIT in 2018, developing programmable material interfaces.
